Emotional Health
Emotional health is what controls are day to day life. The text book definition says its the ability to effectively and appropriately express emotions. Using the appropriate emotion at the appropriate time is necessary. If not this causes the mind to wonder, not allowing a person to function properly within society.
I personal believe that emotional health is very important in maintaining a good life. This is explained by my score of 36 making this my second strongest dimension. I am very in touch with my emotions and have learned how to control them. One of my strengths in the dimension is being able to recognize when I'm stressed and will be taken a break and adapt to change in a positive way. I do this with a lot of my day to day actions, like really intense tests, if I become frustrated i will leave the question and come back after i’ve relaxed. One of my weaknesses is that I am a chronic worrier and sometimes depending on how stressed I am, I will worry about little things that I shouldn’t worry about for example like what I’m doing the next day.
