Mental Health
Mental health plays a huge role, and is important for every person to have god sense of there mental health. To know if we have a good sense of our mental health we look at these very characteristics: the ability to think clearly, reason objectively, analyze critically and use brain power effectively to meet life’s challenges. Another key characteristic is learning from our successes and failures. The people who don’t share these similar characteristics have a very poor mental health and should try to improve it.
Mental health is key and pretty much controls all other dimensions which cause how the other dimensions interact. My greatest weakness in this dimension is time management. I have a tendency to procrastinate which always effects my time management skills and things are left to the last moment, especially when studying for tests. My greatest strengths in mental health and what allowed me to get the grade of 33 are the characteristics of following directions that keep me and others safe and how to consider alternatives before making decisions. Before I do anything, I always think about the alternatives before making decisions, even for the smallest things. The text book helps us to illustrate what a good sense of mental health.
